NEWS! The best short oral communication will receive a registration free of charge for the 4th edition in 2025.
The Autumn School in Food Chemistry is the First Italian School in Food Chemistry. It welcomes PhD students, post-DOC fellows or pre-DOC fellows, and recent graduates operating in the Food Chemistry area.
The School will be a great opportunity for young people to meet other researchers and to have a theoric training.
They will also have the opportunity to present their own research projects to other in peer to peer mode.
Starting with this first edition, we intended to offer a new event, with the sponsorship of SCI and GICA, focusing on the food science area.
Young food chemists, food technologists, nutritionists, toxicologists, and food engineers also from industry, are warmly invited to participate.
The activities cover lectures, discussion with the invited speakers, and PhD students’ presentation (3rd year).
For the other participants a time for short presentation adn for poster will be reserved.
The official language of the School will be English. No translation will be provided.
We are looking forward to welcoming you at the 2024 edition of the School.
